POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner (i.e. Human Resources Business Partner) to develop and maintain consultative partnerships with company leaders in assigned business unit(s) and execute end-to-end delivery of People & Culture (P&C) operations, processes, and services. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all People & Culture related matters, offering guidance and expertise to stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate closely with leadership to gain insights into business objectives, facilitating the development of people and culture-based strategies, aligned with organizational goals. Partner with various People centers of excellence, including compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and learning and development, to deliver cohesive People & Culture solutions and initiatives. Work with department heads to develop internal and external talent pipelines, emphasizing our commitment to building a high-performance workforce. Utilize P&C metrics and conduct trends analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and retention. Conduct ongoing input on departmental procedures to ensure compliance, consistency and effectiveness among employees. Interpret company policies and conduct investigations into complaints while offering guidance and consultation to management. Offer day-to-day agile performance management guidance to line management, including feedback, coaching/mentoring, counseling, career development, and progressive discipline. Provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning, collaborating with stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with management and employees to address performance or behavioral issues through documentation, goal setting, solution development, and corrective actions, including termination as necessary. Enhance People & Culture service delivery to improve the employee experience while cultivating employee relationships and engagement through proactive initiatives. Facilitate the development and implementation of action plans and People & Culture projects in partnership with the management team to boost employee engagement. Proficient in managing FMLA, unpaid and paid leave, and reviewing and processing ADA accommodation requests ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Lead and support change initiatives across the organization. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive communication, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Perform additional job duties as assigned.
