For more information, please visit www.fwd.com PURPOSE - Translate and implement the Group IT strategy and vision into agile execution plans proactively eliminating barriers to progress by connecting delivery teams and business teams - Strategically lead CTC company-wide agile delivery function to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of strategic initiatives by defining agile methodology and developing best practice to Scrum Master teams. - Cultivate a culture of experimentation, psychological safety, and continuous learning, empowering teams to evolve their practices while maintaining alignment with group standards. - Champion best agility practice by influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers in Group IT and Shared Services to adopt adaptive ways of working, anchored in measurable outcomes and clear stakeholder engagement aligned with GO Platform Strategy. - Lead development team in managing delivery programs for 4 platforms for markets and GO, while also providing guidance to the Scrum Masters of 4 platforms, including Opus, Omne, Cube and OneMod. ACCOUNTAIBILITIES Drive agile transformation by embedding agile mindsets, behaviors, and delivery excellence throughout the organization, enabling faster value realization and improved cross-functional collaboration. Engage stakeholders across four key domains digital, operations, data, and shared services to refine platform alignment, ensuring unified practices, shared goals, and synchronized delivery outcomes. Develop and scale the Agile Center of Excellence, acting as the steward of agile thought leadership, coaching capability, and best practice dissemination in CTC. Manage and mentor Scrum Masters, ensuring effective agile execution in strategic programs. Initially lead team resource allocation, delivery priorities, and agile practices with stakeholders across group and business unit initiatives. Design and refine the agile methodology and guidance continuously optimizingagile processes including framework selection (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Foster strategic alignment through close collaboration with business leaders, project teams, and IT functions. Develop an agile community and a series educational activities such as agile workshops, sharing sessions, and engagement activities to promote agile awareness. Define and prioritize the definition of CTC agile metrics to enable data-driven decision-making through systematic tracking and reporting. Advocate agile values throughout all levels of the organization and drive change management efforts.
