Main Responsibilities Lead the development of engaging Pond's Social Contents that connect with the target audience - delivering Content Volume, Variety, and Velocity to drive competitiveness. Lead Pond's Social Contents' Quality acceleration, to drive brand Desirability at scale across Brand Say, Brand Sell, Others Say and Others Sell. Lead the planning and execution of Pond's D-Comm activations, operational excellence, and promo - drive seamless transition from Social Awareness to Digital sales Conversion. Collaborate with Pond's Experience Lead to integrate Brand Activations, In-Store Activations and Partnerships that can be supported through brand contents. Manage external agency relationships, providing clear briefs, overseeing creative development, and ensuring seamless execution within budget and timeline parameters. Analyze the performance of Brand Content & D-Comm, tracking key metrics such as Buzz, Engagement, TBCA / DBCA, and D-Comm GMV to measure ROI and inform future strategies. Experience & Qualification Proven Digital Marketing: Typically, 3+ years of experience directly conceiving, planning, and executing brand activations - much preferred with a digital-first approach. Track Record in Beauty (preferred): Experience within the beauty industry or with beauty brands is highly advantageous, understanding the target audience and trends. Digital Marketing Exposure: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tactics, and their role in amplifying brand social activations. Project Management Prowess: Evidence of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery. Data Analysis Skills: Comfort using data to track activation performance, measure ROI, and inform future strategies. Skill Brand Strategy & Vision: Brand Understanding: Deep understanding of brand identity, values, and how contents can effectively translate and reinforce them to consumers. Strategic Alignment: Ability to align activations with overall brand goals and marketing objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand expression. Social Activation Planning & Execution: Strong organizational skill to plan, manage, and execute brand's online activations (e.g., Social Campaign, Content AON, etc). D-Comm Proficiency: Digital Shopper Journey Mapping: Analyzing and optimizing the customer journey in digital touchpoints (TikTok, Shopee, Social Commerce, etc). Digital Retail Understanding : Knowledge of 7OA, Digital Retail Media, Affiliates, Livestream, etc. Project & Budget Management: Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activations, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, vendors). Budget Management: Experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing spending for maximum impact.
