Requirements

• - Strong hands-on experience with Projector PSA.
• - Working knowledge of Salesforce (support and integration perspective).
• - Good understanding of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD administration.
• - Experience with API integrations, data sync, and authentication models.
• - Familiarity with SaaS-based enterprise systems.
• - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• - Ability to understand finance, delivery, and sales workflows.
• - Experience supporting audit and compliance requirements.
• Soft Skills
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• - Process-oriented with strong documentation mindset.
• - Ability to own systems end-to-end as a SPOC.

Role Overview: The IT Systems SPOC at CPrime will serve as the single point of contact for Projector PSA and Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and related systems. This role supports CPrime's global delivery, finance, and sales teams by maintaining system integrity, accurate data flow, and reliable integrations.
