Senior Brand Designer

About the role

We're looking for a senior-level Brand Designer to own Dexmate's visual identity across every touchpoint - from our website and marketing materials to pitch decks and social content. You'll work closely with the founding team on brand strategy, marketing launches, and product storytelling. This is a broad, in-person role at a fast-moving startup - you'll do everything from crafting a polished one-pager to designing the Vega product page, sitting side-by-side with engineers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Dexmate's visual brand identity - logo, typography, color system, brand guidelines
• Design and maintain the Dexmate website (layout, landing pages, product pages)
• Create marketing collateral: pitch decks, sales one-pagers, trade show materials, product datasheets
• Design social media content and support PR campaigns
• Produce UI mockups and design assets for the Dexmate's product
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in brand, visual, and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity, marketing materials, and web design
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Sharp visual instincts - great typography, layout, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating in person in a fast-paced environment
• Basic HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required
