Company Chauffeur cum Despatch

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur to Company CEO and guests
• Maintenance and care of Company car
• Help in preparation of mail for despatch
• Handle inter-office despatch
• Deliver Company mail within Singapore
• Any other office/admin duties as assigned
• This position's working days are Mon to Fri (Full Day 8 hours) + Sat (Morning Half Day 4 hours)
• Overtime will be paid for hours worked beyond the stipulated working hours

Requirements

• Experienced personal chauffeur
• Preferably residing in the East
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driver's licence
• A good driving record is essential
• Basic knowledge of car maintenance will be ideal but not critical
• Hands-on experience in office admin/mail/despatch work
• Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience; salary range stated in this job posting serves strictly as a guide
