About the role
As a Quality Engineer (Manual Testing), you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. - Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience in manual testing and software quality assurance
- Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles and testing methodologies
- Experience in test case design, defect tracking, and test execution
- Familiarity with quality control (QC) and application quality analysis processes
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
- Exposure to test management or defect tracking tools
- Basic understanding of automation testing concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
