Responsibilities
- Develop annual agronomic plot and training plans for both internal and external audiences within assigned territories for PhytoGen/Pioneer product lines, including cotton, corn, and soybeans.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of product management information to assigned territories that optimize PhytoGen/Pioneer seed products by environment and management to drives sales.

- Support product life cycle management within assigned area through collaboration with the Product Agronomist.
- Develop and implement NA and Southern agronomic strategies to assist with driving customer influence to help bring agronomic topics forward within assigned territories.
- Assist retail by supporting key grower calls to drive demand of PhytoGen/Pioneer products assisting with product placement and positioning on the farm.
- Assist in resolving customer service calls involving product performance and/or agronomic issues.
- Deliver pertinent agronomy communications to the market to support PhytoGen/Pioneer seed products and drive agronomy knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required. A master's degree in Agronomy or equivalent is preferred.
- Five (5) years of agronomy experience and proven abilities
- Must be able to sell, negotiate, and influence
- Strong agronomy and knowledge of crop production practices
- Ability to pass a driving record background check
