As a key team of the Gaming Engineering organization, you take the lead in the mechanical design and development of gaming projects. In this role, you will: Complete new gaming product as a project leader through feasibility study, mechanical design, risk analysis, validation to ensure project goal, cost and schedule are met, even exceeded. Researches, selects and evaluates factors from multiple sources to complete work: Dig out the internal and external customers' needs, create technology solutions, communicate with stakeholders, get to alignment, manage NPI projects. Independently resolves complex issues, challenges with minimal guidance, and participates in projects of diverse scope. Communication and coordination with suppliers, internal and external customers to develop and refine the product mechanical design and development process covering from defining product engineering specifications, design, prototyping, qualification till mass production. Partner and collaborate with other functions (GPM, PM, ID, EE, CMF, and so on) to achieve seamless product design and development. May provide training, guidance and assist more junior staff members with aspects of their jobs. Key Qualifications For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: 5+ years experience in mechanical design and development of high-volume consumer electronic products; Plus experience: coaching junior ME to provide technical direction or guidance, and managing ME crisis.
