This position provides hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, outreach, and relationship building, supported by structured training, ongoing coaching, and close mentorship to build the skills needed for long-term success in physician recruiting. Essential Functions & Basic Duties: Call providers to proactively source viable candidates. Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up. Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment related activity. Create effective job advertisements for open opportunities. Achieve productivity goals and metrics. Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of provider candidates. Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles.
