Well established Japanese Restaurant Salary: $1850 Working days: 5.5 Days (30 hours/week) Working location: Central / East Excellent Welfare & Benefits Job Scope Assist in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation according to company standards. Ensure food quality, freshness, and cost control requirements are met. Follow kitchen task schedules and instructions from the Outlet Chef or supervisor. Complete mise en place as required. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Comply with all mandatory food safety and sanitation standards. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
