Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in managing HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
