Chef de Partie - Breakfast

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional breakfast dining experiences.
• Lead the morning shift by example, supervising the kitchen in the absence of the Executive and Sous Chefs while guiding junior team members.
• Prepare and present dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation across all sections.
• Support menu development, mise en place, and maintain stock control and cost efficiency.
• To be successful in this role, you will be:
• Relevant culinary trade qualifications with proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary Australian cuisine and seasonal produce.
• A passion for flavour, presentation, and continuous learning.
• Calm under pressure, with great teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining food safety and WHS standards.
• Be flexible to work on a rotating roster.
• Have full working rights in Australia.
