In this role, you'll support the daily security operations of a commercial office building and play an important part in creating a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You'll gain practical experience working with a variety of systems and tools, while developing strong customer service and problem-solving skills. In this role, you'll work with security systems including cameras, access control (C-Cure), fire alarms, intercoms, radios, and more. You'll also help manage after-hours building access, document activity and incidents, and be ready to respond when situations arise. In this role, you will: Demonstrate proficiency in operating the security control room and associated systems. Continuously monitor emergency communications and life safety equipment. Maintain clear, accurate documentation of incidents, activities, and after-hours access. Deliver a professional and positive experience when interacting with tenants, clients, and visitors. Successfully clear our pre-employment process (background check and drug screening). Have the physical capability to remain on your feet for extended periods, perform patrols, and lift up to 50 lbs.
