We are seeking a Senior Manager, Truck Assets & Operations to lead the oversight of truck builds, with a focus on box upfitting, transportation coordination, and maintaining a detailed asset list/registry. This role includes managing the customization of truck boxes to meet operational needs, ensuring material reliability, structural durability, and the integration of essential components like lift gates and refrigeration units. You will coordinate asset movements, maintain fleet records, and ensure the seamless operation of the fleet. Additionally, the role involves vendor collaboration, preventative maintenance planning, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Leveraging your expertise in box build processes and fleet management, you will drive operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
