Job Title: Pool Snack Bar Attendant Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Pool Snack Bar Manager Position Summary The Pool Snack Bar Attendant provides exceptional service to country club members and guests by preparing and serving food and beverages in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This position helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming snack bar environment while ensuring food safety standards and club service expectations are consistently met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and process transactions through the point-of-sale (POS) system. Prepare and serve menu items, including snacks, sandwiches, salads, beverages, and other poolside offerings. Ensure food is prepared and presented according to club standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar, service counters, dining areas, and storage areas. Restock food, beverages, paper products, condiments, and supplies throughout each shift. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items. Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciliation as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of pool dining areas, tables, chairs, and surrounding guest areas. Respond promptly and professionally to member requests and concerns. Support special events, pool parties, and member functions as needed. Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, pool attendants, lifeguards, and other club employees.
