YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As a manager within the operations function, You'll play a key role in leading and overseeing a team financial crime data analysts to identify financial crime risks and create reports to support the prevention and detection of financial crime risks. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational goals by: Manage team of data analysts on day-to-day basis Improve engagement with financial crime operations teams and other stakeholders. Drive improvements in financial crime risk detection and prevention, targeting better outcomes in customer experience, and detection accuracy. Deliver reporting and detection improvement outcomes in-line with agreed priorities and timelines. Ensure compliance and ethical standards, aligning all work with internal policies, audit requirements, and health & safety legislation. Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Essential Capabilities: Experience managing operational or project teams Experience in the application of data science methods and/or AI Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Ability to take a customer driven approach and consistently make decisions with the customer experience front of mind
