Responsibilities

- Partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel on specialized legal issues as required
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
- 5-7 years of experience at a mid-to-large-sized law firm
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including both client/customer and vendor contracts
- Demonstrated experience working closely with business partners, particularly sales and operations personnel
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, business-driven environment
