About the role
This high-level proposal resource will participate in winning and retaining large clients, primarily designated to strategic RFPs and RFIs with a focus on strategy, storytelling, and high-quality responses. This role will collaborate with sales and account management resources to develop SWOT analysis and strategy materials, manage key RFP efforts including leadership reviews, develop and maintain a library of success stories and metrics that demonstrate value, coordinate with communications team to build graphical elements into proposals that illustrate these points, work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide an integrated RFP approach, continually refresh the RFP response library, and provide support for sales finalist meetings. Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. The position is hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime.
