Works with senior leaders, decisions makers and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
Reviews existing integration capabilities, automation options, and proposed solution designs for feasibility, cost, and functionality in coordination with internal departments.
Ability to manage multiple Enterprise-wide projects and meet deadlines.
Performs installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of operating systems, software, and systems management tools.
Conducts research on software and system products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
Create and manage policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations.
Assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified new systems.
Collaborates to create configuration design for implementation of various business needs for End User Computing.
Monitors and tests system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports as needed.
Supports the bank's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Lead the strategic planning of a project as it relates to technical solution design.
Design and implement engineering principles aimed at reliability practices and sound recovery procedures.
Design transaction specific application performance monitoring metrics that can be captured and passed to business partners.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures while also ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards. Develop desktop procedures when needed that others follow.
Requirements
7+ years of related experience IT App Support, IT Development, IT Networking, or similar field.
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Expert administrative and engineering knowledge of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is a must.
Administrative knowledge of Nerdio tools to manage AVD and Intune.
Expert level knowledge of Active Directory and Entra/AZURE AD.
Advanced experience with systems planning security principles and general software management and hardware best practices.
