The Facilities Associate (Maintenance Technician I) is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of Topgolf's venue, grounds, equipment, and systems. You'll complete maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, respond to maintenance calls, and help keep every part of the venue operating at its best - all while upholding safety standards and engaging with guests and teammates in a way that reflects Topgolf's values.
This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work during peak periods, special events , and high-volume seasons.
Responsibilities
Maintain and Repair the Venue
Complete all maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the Facilities management team, across all areas of the venue
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, systems, and infrastructure throughout the venue and grounds
Monitor the operation and proper use of all equipment and systems to identify issues before they become problems
Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and flag shortages proactively
Respond and Communicate
Answer and respond to maintenance calls for assistance promptly and with a sense of urgency
Communicate accurately and effectively with guests and team members about maintenance status, safety concerns, and repairs in progress
Report all significant issues, safety hazards, and unresolved deficiencies to the Facilities Manager immediately
Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures at all times
Support the Guest and Team Experience
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner when working in guest-facing areas of the venue
Support teammates across Facilities and Operations to keep the venue fully operational and guest-ready
Participate in training to build your maintenance skills and grow within the Facilities team
