JOB TITLE SUMMARY Job Title: Assistant/Associate Head Coach, Men's Soccer Department: Athletics Evaluation Group: Coach FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Head Coach, Men's Soccer Positions Supervised: N/A Job Summary The associate head coach helps the head coach with all activities of the designated program, including but not limited to recruitment and retention of student-athletes; monitoring of student-athletes' academic progress; striving for competitive success; management of budget; and ensuring the program's compliance with University, Conference, and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) guidelines. The associate head coach serves as the head coach when the head coach is not present.
