Responsibilities

  • -Conduct learning and skills needs analyses using business data, stakeholder input, and performance insights.
  • -Collaborate with Talent Practices, AIR, and HR Technology teams to embed learning and skills development into broader talent, performance, and career processes .

  • -Use insights from evaluation to iterate on learning design, assessments, and delivery approaches.
  • -Stay current on instructional design trends, skills‑based learning practices, and adult learning theory to continuously improve learning solutions
