Enablement Systems & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Enablement Systems & Automation Specialist who thinks in systems, builds with intention, and can navigate the organisational complexity of a large enterprise to turn ideas into operational reality. This is a role with genuine scope and real visibility - one where you will have the opportunity to shape how enablement technology scales across a global GTM organisation. This is not a Learning Management System (LMS) administration role. It is a technical building role - one that treats enablement platforms as parts of a connected operating system and focuses on identifying manual, repeatable work and engineering solutions that eliminate it. The primary focus is automation and integration: from automating the learner experience through curriculum and event management workflows, to expanding proven frameworks and driving operational efficiency across the enablement ecosystem. Equally important is the ability to navigate enterprise complexity. Success in this role requires strong influencing skills to move initiatives through internal governance, access approvals, and policy holder requirements - often without direct authority over the teams involved.
