Requirements

1+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia, CO₂, Freon) .
Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
Ammonia refrigeration certifications (e.g., RETA, IIAR, or equivalent) are a plus.
Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments ( -20°F to 100°F ).
Flexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Additional Information

Ammonia experienced preferred - open to heavy refrigeration background. Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm There will be times this role required on-call demand (minimal). Keep Our Operations Running, Safely and Smoothly At Lineage, you'll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and improve the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems that power our operation - including hands-on work with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems essential to our success.
