Measure dimensions accurately using micrometers, vernier calipers, hole gauges, and telescopic gauges. Manufacture prototype products and testing equipment to support engineering operations. Maintain machine tools and perform routine maintenance, including checking fluid levels, inspecting equipment for wear, and removing debris. Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with company quality control and ISO standards. Maintain accurate documentation and complete all required paperwork and timekeeping records in a timely manner. Interpret engineering drawings and apply print-reading knowledge effectively. Follow all safety policies and shop standards to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain communication logs to record machine issues and ensure smooth shift handovers. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by production and/or engineering managers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year plus of related work experience required.
- Basic CNC machining class work or certificate preferred.
- Valid Drivers License with good driving record required.
