Prepare contract documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates
Perform quality review of highway and traffic design calculations and contract documents
Develop engineering details and construction plans using MicroStation or AutoCAD
Ensure government standards in designs, including materials used and structural elements
Participate in meetings with clients and project team members

The hourly range for this position is $33.66- $36.06 . Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.

Qualifications/Education/Memberships:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
0 to 3 years' experience in the field of Transportation Engineering
Internship experience preferred
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation required
Problem solving skills and strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
Demonstrated ability to understand and integrate information to advance projects from origination to implementation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
