What you'll do and what you'll bring:
Position Function: Under supervision, perform routine heavy labor duties in a food service area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Organize, scrape, prewash, lift and rack items to be washed, set up and operate pan washing machine, store items, maintain sanitary work area.
Sweep, mop and scrub floors, wash walls, and ceilings throughout food service areas.
Clean greasy or soiled food service areas and equipment including but not limited to tops of refrigerators and ovens, motors, air filters, dirt system, vents, walls and ceilings, etc.
Clean, renovate, and renew floor surfaces and finishes including carpet maintenance; perform other cleaning duties including, but not limited to, cleaning food service equipment, windows, ceiling fixtures, etc.; change light bulbs/tubes; clean and resupply restrooms.
