Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver software requirement specifications by interpreting clinical study documents such as protocols, imaging charters, and procedural documents

- Ensure alignment of data capture, delivery, and database structures with Clinical Data Management requirements
- Drive communication on risks, mitigations, and escalations while fostering strong stakeholder collaboration
- Support creation and distribution of reports and operational updates
- What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in roles such as Medical Writing, Clinical Project Management, Business Analysis, or Clinical Data Management
- Working knowledge of clinical trial processes; experience in medical imaging is preferred
- Experience developing configuration specifications or translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with software development lifecycle environments
- Strong ability to analyze complex information and translate it into structured requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a professional and positive approach
