Your new role This role offers broad exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to influence how accountability and policy frameworks are embedded. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance processes, support compliance obligations, and drive continuous improvement across FAR and policy governance frameworks. Key responsibilities include: Support the development and ongoing enhancement of FAR and Group Policy Governance frameworks in line with regulatory and industry best practice expectations Prepare and manage FAR regulatory notifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Develop and maintain Accountability Statements, Accountability Maps, and associated governance documentation Enhance policy governance processes, including lifecycle management, templates, and review cadences Deliver reporting, data analysis, and insights to strengthen governance oversight and audit readiness Build strong stakeholder relationships to embed accountability and governance practices across the business About you You are a detail ‑ oriented and proactive governance or risk professional who enjoys working in a fast ‑ paced, regulated environment. You are confident engaging with stakeholders, interpreting regulatory requirements, and improving processes to deliver strong compliance and governance outcomes. Key requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, risk, regulatory, or governance roles (financial services preferred) Strong understanding of governance frameworks and policy lifecycle management Working knowledge of FAR Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting formal documentation Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Archer and/or Diligent systems highly desirable High attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams Degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
