Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 8-10 years of total work experience, including 3-5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm with a track record of leading teams and delivering measurable client impact
Experience in wealth or asset management, or relevant adjacent sectors
Strong ownership mindset - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just analysis
Ability to simplify complex problems and focus teams on what matters most
Familiarity with digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies in Wealth Management is a plus

As Director, Strategy & Transformation, you will partner with senior leadership to identify the biggest opportunities in the Wealth Management business-and then lead the execution required to capture them.
