In details you will: Develop and contribute proposals related to Environment & Substances in relevance to the CT strategy to ensure compliance and improve the management and performance of Resources - as leading subject matter expert for the global CT organization Derive tasks, projects and programs from the CT strategy for Environment & Substances focusing the requirements of Resources Safeguard the ESH Management System for the subject of Environment & Substances according to internal and external compliance obligations, such as internal CT rules applicable international standards Ensure Task performance as strategically or operationally required and in a teamwork manner and supporting each other Gather, analyse and report Environment& Substances related performance data, review Resources-related performance and management system to derive required improvement actions and improvement potentials(Performance & Management Review contribution) Identify, gather and report Environment & Substances related risks, harms and prospective changes and impacts, ensure mitigation actions and preparedness. - Academic degree as Environment Manager, ESH Manager or comparable - Long-term experience in leading or management position - Profound experience in ESH or comparable, preferably in rubber production or comparable industries and especially preferred in Environment & Substances - Professional experience in Management or Resources is preferred - Business fluent English and German language skills (spoken and written) - Strong team player with collaborative mindset - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Structured approach to tasks and projects - Analytical skills and attention to detail - Willingness to travel (cca. 10%)
