Induction: Carry-out induction for new employees thoroughly. Verify contact details and carry out reference check for new joiners. HRMS Update: Daily attendance monitors and generate reports for the reporting manager Update attendance in HRMS for accurate salary calculation Check and process leave request and ensure timely approval updates in HRMS. HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain correct records in the trackers such as F & F, Interview, Statutory records etc. Prepare pre and post joining documentation, ensuring compliance. Various letter preparation as per freeze format. Arranging/Scheduling HR related meetings as and when required. HR MIS: Maintain master data for all employees. Record keeping - Monthly challans (all statutory), Full and Final Settlement and others Exit Process: Coordinate with employees throughout the exit process, ensuring all formalities are completed efficiently and respectfully.
