This role sits within the Site Security function, with a focus on Special Access Program (SAP) security and crisis management across the facility.
Role Overview
The Lead Programs Security Specialist (CSSO) will serve as the Contractor Special Access Program (SAP) Security Officer at GE Aerospace at Edwards Airforce Base. This is a fully on-site role responsible for managing personnel, physical, and information security for Special Access Programs to protect classified information and critical assets.
You will lead the implementation and execution of security and crisis management (SCM) practices, ensuring compliance with U.S. Government requirements while delivering a high level of customer service to both internal stakeholders and government partners.
