Senior Observability Engineer responsible for designing and scaling observability solutions using Dynatrace in a Platform Engineering setup within Banking / Fintech domain - Design and implement enterprise observability strategy using Dynatrace (APM, DEM, Infrastructure, Logs, RUM) - lead deployment across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and on-prem environments - Define SLI/SLO/SLA and build dashboards for critical services - Drive AIOps adoption for proactive issue detection - Integrate with CI/CD, ServiceNow, DevOps tools - Establish governance and monitoring standards - Mentor junior engineers and lead initiatives - Perform performance tuning, capacity planning We have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at M&G Global Services, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability or long term condition, we are looking to attract, promote and retain exceptional people.
