Sales Admin cum Purchaser Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm Location: Boon Lay Job Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer requests Coordinate with customers, sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment Monitor order status and maintain accurate customer records Source and liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and product requirements Prepare and process purchase orders Follow up on supplier orders and delivery schedules Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Compare supplier quotations and support cost-effective purchasing Verify received goods and coordinate with suppliers on discrepancies or replacement matters Perform other administrative duties as assigned
