Develop designs of connection systems and their components.
Ensure a good product designs, through Design Reviews, meet and / or exceed functionality, ergonomics and customer requirements (scorecard).
Verify the performance of the product, ensuring that the validation tests specified by the client are satisfactory.
Ensure that the deliverables to the client: prototypes, pilots, parts for PTR, etc .; they are satisfied in time and quality.
Provide Engineering support to the areas of tools, processes, manufacturing and quality.
Maintain responsible and professional contact with the Client.
Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements.
Must Haves (i.e. Basic Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in electronic, mecatronic or related
Design 2D and 3D
GD&T
Problem Solving
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently
Resourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
