Responsibilities
- Clinical Staffing & Operations
- Provide real-time staffing support to ensure safe and effective allocation of nursing and ancillary resources
- Guide deployment and redeployment of staff, including flex teams and behavioral resource technicians

- System Implementation & Support
- Support implementation and optimization of scheduling systems (e.g., Advanced Kronos Scheduling)
- Act as a subject matter expert on clinical and business applications
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency
- Consultation & Clinical Innovation
- Advise on the use of technology to enhance patient care delivery and safety
- Translate clinical workflows into effective informatics solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with organizational goals
- Education & Training
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical and operational staff
- Create user documentation and support materials
- Promote continuous learning and adoption of new technologies
- SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, 40 hours a week
- Ability to work rotating weekends/holidays

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Massachusetts)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of acute care clinical experience in a complex healthcare setting
- Experience as a Nursing Supervisor
- Expertise with Advanced Kronos Scheduling or similar workforce management systems
- Experience as a clinical superuser or subject matter expert
