Job Summary The Director, SG&A & Enablement FP&A provides strategic financial leadership across corporate and enablement functions. This role partners closely with senior leaders to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans, drive disciplined cost and workforce management, and deliver forward-looking insights to support executive decision-making. Role Description SG&A & Enablement FP&A Leadership Lead FP&A coverage for SG&A and enablement functions, including IT, Finance, Services, and other corporate and support organisations . Partner with functional leaders to translate business strategy into coherent financial plans, forecasts, and resource allocations. Ensure financial plans reflect organisational complexity, investment priorities, and operational realities. Planning, Forecasting & Performance Insight Own SG&A and enablement inputs into the annual planning cycle, rolling forecasts, and in-year outlooks. Develop forward-looking analysis around cost, headcount, and productivity to support executive decision-making. Provide clear, structured financial insight into drivers of performance and emerging risks or opportunities. Workforce, Headcount & Productivity Analysis Lead financial analysis related to workforce planning, payroll, and organisational design within SG&A and enablement functions. Develop and maintain productivity and efficiency metrics that help leadership understand how resources are deployed and scaled. Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Systems teams to ensure accurate and actionable workforce data. Executive Business Partnering Act as a trusted FP&A partner to senior leaders across SG&A and enablement functions. Support leaders in evaluating trade-offs, investment decisions, and organisational changes. Elevate discussions from historical variance analysis to forward-looking insights and recommendations. Team Leadership & Capability Building Build, lead, and develop an FP&A team aligned to the SG&A and enablement pillar. Set clear expectations for analytical rigor, executive communication, and accountability. Develop talent and succession to support the organisation over an 18- 36 month horizon. Cross-FP&A Collaboration Work closely with Corporate Planning, Reporting, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Contribute to the development of FP&A standards, planning processes, and performance management frameworks across the function.
