- All legal compliances and HSE compliances - CIP activities in EPM to lead towards zero defect - Quality System management - Q circle implementation - Implementation of BPS activities like system CIP Point CIP 15Q etc. - Responsible for all Audit & its observations closure - Customer inspection & its compliances - Update PFMEA, CP and WI according to customer complaint & Q table errors - Responsible for IFK, EFK & O tech PPM, EOL as per Q KPI 3 Essential Educational Qualification: B.E Mechanical 4 Preferred Educational Qualification (Certification):Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lead Auditor. 5 No. of years of Experience required: 8 - 12 years - Knowledge of Hydraulic components & their function - Hands-on experience in customer complaint handling and audit management - Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA)
