Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software systems
• Take ownership of features and components, from design through to production
• Actively contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and decision-making within your team
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, following best practices
• Contribute to improving engineering standards, tools, and processes
• Support and guide mid-level and junior engineers , helping them grow
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the development lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, automation)
• Be proactive in identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Engineering Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, React
• Solid understanding of Software design principles and patterns
• RESTful APIs and distributed systems basics
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing reliable tests
• Ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues
• Modern Engineering Practices:
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation, Version control and collaborative workflows (GitHub)
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working in iterative, incremental delivery environments
• Ownership & Mindset:
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and improve continuously
• Collaboration & Communication:

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
