Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of corporate access and marketing event experience in Investment Banking industry
• Strong administrative and/or travel coordination skill in a fast paced and high volume environment
• Organized, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
• Highly client focused and results driven
• Able to work under pressure and overtime work
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Position Description The Corporate Access team organizes high-quality forums, access days, and client events across Hong Kong / China. This role focuses on event planning and execution, ensuring smooth logistics and communication with corporates, investors, and external vendors. You will support both physical and virtual events, helping deliver seamless experiences for clients and stakeholders. Key Areas of Responsibilities Event organization: Assist in planning and executing CLSA Forums including registration, socials, and reporting. Logistics management: Coordinate travel, hotels, ground transportation, catering, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and regional offices. Stakeholder communication: Handle enquiries from corporates, clients, internal staff and external vendors; prepare pre- and post-event reports. Meeting coordination: Support corporate access and roadshow meetings, consolidating investor requests and arranging schedules. Virtual event support: Set up and monitor group calls (Zoom/other platforms) Ad-hoc projects: Provide support on additional tasks as required.
