Job Description สรุปงานโดยย่อ:** ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้ารายย่อย เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินของธนาคาร ความรับผิดชอบ:** * สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า โดยการทำความเข้าใจความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง * ให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น บัญชีเงินฝาก, บัตรเครดิต, สินเชื่อ, ประกัน และการลงทุน * วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินของลูกค้าเพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงและโอกาสในการลงทุน * ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนทางการเงินระยะสั้นและระยะยาวแก่ลูกค้า * จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อซักถามต่างๆ ของลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพและมีประสิทธิภาพ * สร้างยอดขายตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด และผลักดันการเติบโตของฐานลูกค้า * ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย กฎระเบียบ และขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงานของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลอย่างเคร่งครัด * เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง คุณสมบัติ:** * ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์, การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง * มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีในสายงานธนาคาร หรือการบริการลูกค้าในสถาบันการเงิน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ * มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ เป็นอย่างดี * มีทักษะการสื่อสารและนำเสนอที่ดีเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ (หากมี) * มีทักษะในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและสามารถสร้างความไว้วางใจได้ * มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา * มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี * มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (Single License) หรือใบอนุญาตผู้ขายประกัน (ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
