The Head - MEP will lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering practice within the organization. The role is responsible for technical leadership, project delivery, team development, client engagement, and business growth across multidisciplinary design projects.
The candidate will ensure high-quality engineering design, compliance with international standards, innovation in sustainable systems, and efficient delivery of consultancy services.
Engineering Leadership
Lead the MEP design function across multiple projects and sectors.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
Ensure designs comply with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IS codes, etc.).
Establish and maintain MEP engineering standards, design procedures, and QA/QC processes.
Implement BIM integration and digital engineering tools.
Project Delivery
Oversee MEP design delivery for complex multidisciplinary projects.
Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Coordinate closely with architecture, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
Lead design reviews and technical approvals.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing MEP engineering team.
Recruit and develop engineers and technical specialists.
Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Implement training programs to strengthen technical capabilities.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Manage technical risks and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
