Responding to functional assistance incidents from the business users, problem analysis and change implementation.
Provide timely and effective reporting/updates on status of work being done for Incidents, Service Requests and change implementation.
Troubleshoot the issues on Oracle Support site and if required open SR with Oracle for critical issues.
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Flexible to take up shifts in other time zones.
Identify and diagnose issues and problems.
Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
Support problem identification
Advise users on appropriate course of action.
Monitor issues from start to resolution.
Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
Provide essential online security advice and support.
Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.
Logs incidents, service requests, problem, change and maintains relevant records:
Education : BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent from recognized University. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.

Qualification / Skills Requirements:
Skill Sets:
Good Knowledge on Oracle SQL/ PLSQL
Basic understanding of Oracle E-Business suite architecture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to directly work with oracle end users / customers.
Certifications on SQL/ Oracle EBS / Cloud/ITIL will be an added advantage.
Assists the Help Desk Team to deliver technology support.
Assist with the deployment of new equipment.
Assist with software installs. Assist in collecting information for the equipment inventory.
Should be ready to WFO in shifts on 24/7 support model. (Work from Office)
