About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Lead Financial Analyst to support our Initial Quality and Lean Six Sigma teams. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive effective decision-making processes. Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with Quality, Operations, and Continuous Improvement leaders to align financial objectives with operational priorities and enterprise quality goals. Project Support: Partner with cross-functional teams and provide financial support for quality, initial quality, and Lean Six Sigma projects by developing business cases, estimating financial impact, validating assumptions, and tracking costs and benefits throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Assess financial models, metrics, and processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency You can expect to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days/week on site and 2 days remote. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus. Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial analysis within retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries. Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. Analytical & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, with experience in analyzing manufacturing, retail, or direct-to-consumer business metrics such as cost structures, inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences; proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration. Initiative & Adaptability: Self-starter, who proactively identifies improvement opportunities and effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills.
