Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager - Ads Predictions

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional hands-on machine learning (ML) manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will oversee the strategy and development of our inference models to predict user interaction with our Ads. You'll work closely with Product Management partners to build a roadmap and lead teams to propose, design and analyze new algorithms; detect meaningful data patterns and signals while adhering to our strict privacy policies; measuring user, campaign and app performance; and finally analyzing the results of extremely large-scale experiments. Your ability to be a great teammate under tight deadline constraints is key to success.
