A ssists with reviewing the adequacy of internal controls and evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness. Assists the Systems Administrator and Systems Supervisor in customizing tax software and other third-party products provided by County vendors to meet the various needs and requirements of the department. P rovides basic support and routine training to all Collections employees when appropriate.
