Independently coordinate team meetings, client events, off-sites and travel logistics from planning through execution.

Office Management
Support the smooth running of the London office, including office supplies, weekly food and snack orders, facilities coordination, meeting room readiness and visitor management.
Coordinate internal and external office visits, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for employees, clients and guests.
Assist with workplace operations, onboarding logistics and vendor coordination as needed.
Operational Support
Build structure and organisation across team operations through trackers, follow-ups and process coordination.
Take ownership of tasks through to completion with minimal direction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, office manager, team assistant or operations coordination role.
Experience supporting fast-paced, client-facing or commercial teams.
Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, logistics and events independently.
Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, solutions-oriented and able to work independently.
High level of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
Role Overview
Zeta Global's EMEA Activation team operates across London, Paris and Madrid, working closely with colleagues in the US. The Partnership Team Coordinator will be based in our London office and report directly to the SVP, EMEA.
This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Client Partnerships team and London office. The successful candidate will coordinate team operations, meetings, events, office management and stakeholder logistics while helping maintain a high standard of organisation, communication and client experience.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The role works closely with sales, marketing and leadership teams and acts as a key point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
