30-day cycle for Klang Valley stores
45-60-day cycle for outstation regions
Drive sell-through performance through active engagement with store managers and retail sales staff.
Monitor store conditions, stock levels, assortment hygiene, pricing accuracy, and merchandising standards.
Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.
Retailer & SIS Relationship Management
Strengthen and rebuild partnerships with key SIS (Shop-in-Shop) retailers and multi-brand accounts.
Maintain consistent communication with store-level and buyer-level stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans.
Coordinate assortment updates, stock issues, promotional discussions, and retail needs.
Support retailers in meeting brand standards, operational requirements, and commercial commitments.
Product Training, Launch Support & Store Readiness
Deliver in-store product briefings, new launch introductions, and basic sales training for retail staff.
Ensure all new product launches are properly implemented in stores, with correct assortment, displays, and sell-out focus.
Provide training materials and conduct follow-up sessions to improve retailer product knowledge and engagement.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Visibility
Implement and maintain brand display standards across all retail partners.
Coordinate the installation and upkeep of permanent fixtures, VM updates, POP materials, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure store presentation supports brand positioning and enhances consumer experience.
Trade Marketing & Promotion Support
Support execution of in-store promotions, roadshows, activation events, and retailer campaigns.
Work closely with Marketing to ensure materials, displays, and product information are delivered on time and implemented accurately.
Assist in digital and marketplace promotional coordination when required.
Operations & Business Support
Coordinate with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery, replenishment, and corrective actions for stock issues.
Monitor retailer inventory, propose replenishment, support allocation planning, and assist in managing ageing stock.
Prepare sales summaries, store visitation reports, operational updates, and performance tracking for management review.
Ensure operational documents, compliance requirements, and internal procedures are followed.
Brand Compliance & Governance
Uphold brand pricing discipline, assortment guidelines, and display standards.
Ensure partners follow company commercial policies and operational controls.
Support the company's participation in trade events, exhibitions, and market activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related fields.
2-4 years of experience in retail operations, field execution, account servicing, or commercial functions-preferably in FMCG, watches, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with retailers at both store and management levels.
Willingness to travel frequently, including to East Malaysia.
Independent, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving commercial environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Good at English, Mandarin
Possesses a valid driving license.
